Shop Policies

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they have the correct specifications for the fitting (eg. size, weight, colour) before making a purchase.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not be altered.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all fittings are installed by a qualified and licensed electrician. No responsibility will be taken for incorrectly installed goods. We may ask for proof of installation by a licensed electrician before giving a refund for any electrical related fault.

Your own return postage costs are not refundable (other than for faulty items).
We do not refund the initial shipping charges for goods returned/exchanged (other than for faulty items).

You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund. Either email us at or call us on (02) 93169888.

All deliveries come with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return. Please specify the Model # you want to exchange for. If you wish to receive a refund, please state this also.

When returning goods, please enclose:

2. Your proof of purchase

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase. You will receive email notification of this.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned (other than for faulty items). Items we exchange will be resent at your cost (other than faulty items).
We recommend that all items are opened and checked by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if needed, to exchange or return them to us within the required 14 day period from purchase.

Goods and shipping must be paid for in full before shipping.

Where We Deliver To

Currently, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand through our online store. If however, you wish to have something shipped internationally, please email us at with the details of the fitting you wish to purchase.
(Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes)

Delivery Times

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed within 5 working days. Please ensure that someone will be at the address that you have provided, as all deliveries require a signature.

Shipping Within Australia

Delivery within Australia made via TNT Express to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. For SA, WA , Tasmania and regional areas, delivery is between 3 to 5 days.

Shipping To New Zealand

Deliveries made via TNT express will usually arrive 7-10 working days from dispatch.

Currency, Taxes and Duty

All product prices indicated and payments made on this Site are in Australian Dollar currency.
All prices include GST.

Chandelierium warrants the item for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty includes all parts provided the unit is installed properly by a licensed electrician.

Any alteration of the electrical system or exceeding the wattage maximum will void the warranty and may also result in an electrical hazard.

All labour charges by will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Warranty does not apply to light globes.

We will pay freight for any items or parts that are replaced
